To fluctuate part of the daily timetable, to be lazy or careless is a trace of vice and that impacts on your becoming worthy of worship. If you do not experience yourself to be in an awakend stage at amrit vela, if you are sitting for amrit vela by compulsion or in laziness, then the devotees will also worship you by compulsion or in laziness. So, renounce laziness and carelessness and you will become completely viceless.
